Delivery Options

Depending on the attribute of the products, we provide you with different delivery options. There are some products that you can collect in stores, while others can be delivered to you by truck.

 

Delivery to Home (For Large Lighting and Furniture Products)

Our experienced delivery team will deliver your furniture to your home. Upon receiving each item, we will carefully unpack, inspect, and place it in your chosen room as well as provide assemble services (Furniture products only). All packing materials will also be removed for your convenience. Please note that for Lighting products, as the installation of lamps requires qualified personnel to install, we only provide transportation. We can also assign an installer for you to install the luminaire. An additional installation fee is required.

Note that some large pieces of furniture may be counted as more than two pieces. For example, a three-seater sofa would be counted as three pieces.

 

Product from overseas

We have a variety of products that need to be shipped from overseas, due to their unstable shipping situation. We will charge extra fees for the air shipping after you confirm your order and allow us enough time for preparing it before sending it out.

 

Remote Districts Delivery

Higher operating costs are associated with providing service to and from inaccessible places. By assessing surcharges for delivery and extended service areas, we can more accurately reflect the cost to provide these services.

Staircase Charge

You will be charged for carrying items up and down stairs, either inside your building or outside.

We climb stairs only if the items we are carrying can pass through a stairwell. Each floor has eight to twenty steps. The number of floors is determined by the number of storeys in the building.

**If the items cannot fit into the premise for any reason, staircase fees still apply for the service received.

If your item needs to be delivered more than 10 floors, an outside delivery service may be required, and the customer will be responsible for the additional fees.

We will not use ropes, or cranes or the delivery team will carry the items up the staircase after the customer checks the item(s). WeStylio has no responsibility for any damage caused during the process of carrying up. or other methods to lift items up the exterior of a building.

 

Home Delivery (Small items, by SF)

We will provide delivery by courier for items that are small and don't need assembly. The shipping rate depends on the size of the item and the location you are.

Collect from a physical showroom

You can easily collect accessories and small items in-store. Our Showroom in Lai Chi Kok accepts in-store collect orders when the order arrived in our showroom.
