Once an order has been placed, you cannot add items to it. Instead, you can place a new one for additional items. If you like to combine separate orders, please contact us directly.

Before your order is shipped, you can contact us if you want to cancel it. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to Return & Exchange for return details.

Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. Customers can pickup for small items at the showroom.

Due to the attribute or bulkiness of the products, some items may not be available for pickup.

Our customer service team will contact you directly after an order is confirmed. Usually, an order takes 4 weeks for product manufacturing.

We will be happy to offer an exchange and credit note. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and within 7 working days of delivery. A pick-up and repacking fee will be deducted from the credit note, and a return fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be charged.

If your item is damaged or dysfunctional, you can return it during the return period. contact us with your order number with a photo of the product.
