Thank you for your order in WeStylio.

 

We are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note if you are not completely happy with your purchase. Returns must be made within 7 working days and in their original condition. There will be a pick-up and repacking fee deducted from your credit note, and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.  In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for shopping with us.

 

If you want to exchange the products, please contact us via e-mail at cs@westylio.com within 24 hours from the date you receive your order. We will confirm your request for a return order by e-mail as soon as possible.

Please send back to us within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging to the WeStylio Showroom.  

Returned goods must be unopened, unused, and in a re-saleable condition. We are not responsible for the return fees. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Alternatively, you may bring back the products to our showroom for instant checking.

 

If you wish to cancel the order before its dispatched, please email us at cs@westylio.com within 24 hours from the date you placed your order. The confirmation email will be sent and you will not be charged for your order. We will not accept cancellations after 24 hours from the date you placed your order.

 

If you want to exchange the products but you do not return the product within 7 working days, we will not offer any exchange of products. Until the products are returned to us, you are responsible to store the products in appropriate condition with care.

 

If your item is damaged or dysfunctional, or not what you originally ordered, we will offer an exchange. Please notify us immediately upon the delivery by e-mailing us at cs@westylio.com. Pictures of the damaged products are required for checking. Please note that you need to keep all the original packaging and repack them with care. Our delivery team will arrange the collection and replacement.

 

This exchange policy does not apply to vouchers, custom-made products, promotional or sale items. We will not, under any circumstances entertain a request for a cash refund or credit note.
